Application:
The machine is applied to rubber, plastics and pottery, magnetic material, paint and other industries and it can mix and granulate a variety of high filled composite materials continuously or can do profile material extrusion, especially for continuous mixing and granulating of Nd-Fe-B, ferrite and other high wearing, high-filled rigid materials, PPS or nylon; it can complete the process that the general mixing equipment is difficult to complete such as: soft and hard PVC mixed materials; electronic replication, toning coating for fax; pottery, plastics and various organic mixture; conductive plastic or rubber; hot-melt coating; engineering plastic of high viscosity; battery electrode and powder dope and other mixing processes.
Features:
1. This machine group is an integrative advanced equipment with continuous mixing, granulating or profile extrusion and other functions such as machine, electricity, liquid, and instrument; it is continuous mixing equipment with high-efficiency.
2. The mixing and plasticizing section of this group is adopted with rotary disc structure with the super smash, shear, decentralized, mixed and plasticizing functions, the mixing quality is high.
3. The machine is adopted with AC frequency timing (or DC timing) technology, screw speed is adjustable, the clearance between the moving disk and fixed disk can be adjusted, The temperature from feeding barrel and fixed disk/machine head can be adjusted, screw-driven spindle and the fixed disk is the hollow structure which can allow temperature adjusting by liquid passing, so the different kinds of materials and process conditions will have strong adaptability.
4. The feed screw is applied with deep screw groove structure of large diameter, it is a high strength and suitable for high power torque extrusion with high productivity.
5.The screw, millstones (moving / fixed disk), barrel bush, head and other major components of this machine are used with wear resistant alloy material of high temperature resistant, and corrosion resistant, adapted to mixing and extruding processing of high wear and tear pottery and magnetic materials.
Structure composition:
The machine group is made up of feeding device, power driving mechanism, mixing and extruding device, base, heating / cooling temperature control system, vacuum system, electric control system as well as down stream equipments.
Basic structure and characteristics:
1. Mixing and extruding devices
a, The mixing and extruding device is the core of this machine which is made up of the barrel and its bush, driving core shaft which is provided with the feeding section, screw of extruding section, millstones of mixing and plasticizing section and machine head.
b, The screw of feeding section is a single screw with large diameter and deep screw channel, it is applicable to material handling / extruding of high-torque and big power of high-pressure with high productivity.
c, The six pairs of auxiliary millstones of the mixing plasticizing section and their moving disk is in series disposed on the core shaft and the fixing disk is fixed on the barrel. On the working surfaces of moving disk and fixing disk are uniform distributed with grooves of different shapes and sizes. The moving disk is driven by core shaft and is synchronous rotated with the screws of feeding section and extruding section. The filling materials are conveyed by the screw of the feeding section and through the clearance of the working surface of six pairs of fixing disk and moving disk to be forced crush grinding, shearing, scattering, mixing and plasticizing with superior and good quality mixing.
d, The extruding screw is single screw with small screw distance and shallow groove, its diameter is less than the diameter of the screw for the feeding section. The flange at the end of the barrel is connected with the flange of the machine head by gemel structure and it is removed and installed quickly and conveniently.
e, The materials of screw, millstones, barrel bush and machine head are made by alloy materials of high temperature and wear resistant that is applied to materials processing of rigid and high wear resistant.
f, The clearance of the millstones can be adjusted by adjusting nut, it is adapted to the requirements of different kinds of material formulations and process conditions.
g, The configuration and the numbers of millstones surface, configuration and length- diameter ratio of the screw for extruding section can be particular designed according to physical and technical requirements from the customers.
2. Feeding device
It adopts automatic metering method to control weight according to the characteristics of different materials formulations; feeding mode can be selected deadweight falling mode or forced feeding mode or to choose two ways for feeding different materials at the same time.
3. Heating / cooling temperature control system
Along the length of outside round of the barrel are provided with six parts of cast copper electric heater to heat the barrel, the conventional design for maximum temperature is 300 ° C (if any special requirements, it can be designed for 400 ° C), customers can regulate the barrel temperature according to technology conditions; the barrel is provided with thermal resistance sensor, the machine head is installed with high temperature melt pressure sensor, all above have adopted digital LCD control instruments to regulate temperature and pressure in order to meet the processing requirements of materials with viscous flow and high temperature.
The barrel and its connecting fixed millstones is a jacket hollow structure which can cool the barrel by forced circulating the guiding hot oil in order to balance temperature of the work region.
4. The exhaust and vacuum system
The central part of the barrel in the extruding section is provided with a barrier or a discharge hole which is connected with the pipe of the vacuum system for exhaust.
5. Power driving system
The power of the machine group is adopted with AC variable frequency motor, if customer needs, he can also choose DC speed control motor; the main driving is adopted with special decelerator for the screw extruder and itself is equipped with forced lubrication system.
6. Electrical control system
The machine group takes programmable controller (PLC) as the main control unit of the whole machine and auxiliary with touch screen control and AC frequency conversion control for central controlling the various parts of the machine and coordinating continuous mixing process of the whole machine. At the same time, it uses button operation and signal indicator light to monitor the safety operation and fault condition of the group.
7. Down stream equipment
The down stream equipment is special designed for the shape of the final products, properties of materials used and their processing requirements.
